For a Bundt cake pan

PUMPKIN SEED SAND CAKE_

Preparation:
Generously beat the butter, sugar, salt and lemon zest until well fluffy. Mix flour and wheat powder starch with baking powder and add to the butter mixture alternating with the eggs and milk. Make sure that the mixture is homogeneous.
 

Now manually fold in the roasted agaCUCU®-CHIPS and put the mixture in a greased Bundt pan.

Baking time
approx. 50 mins

Oven temperature
approx. 180°C and open draw.

Ingredients
150g butter
150g sugar
10g salt/lemon zest
120g flour
75g wheat powder starch
2g baking powder
180g eggs
30g milk
150g agaCUCU®-CHIPS (roasted)

Quickly turn out after baking and garnish with powdered sugar or chocolate icing if you like.
