LIME POPPY SEED CAKE WITH QUARK CREAM_
Wash the lime, grate the peel and cut in halves. Squeeze the lime. Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, agaDAMPFMOHN®, lime zest and half of the juice using the mixer until creamy. Add the eggs one by one. Mix the flour with the baking powder and fold it in. Fill the batter in a greased springform pan, smooth the surface and bake for approx. 20 minutes at 180°C in the preheated oven. Leave the cake to cool down.
