POPPY SEED STREUSEL CAKE_

Preparation:
Prepare a vanilla pudding with pudding powder, milk and sugar. Add agaDAMPFMOHN® and aromas, mix, leave to cool down and stir occasionally.

Mix all ingredients for the batter to a smooth mixture using the hand mixer. Roll out the batter to fit the greased and floured pan and fill into the pan. Fill in the poppy seed filling and smooth the surface.

Mix all ingredients for the streusel, quickly crumble them with your finger tips and spread on the cake.

Bake for 45 minutes at approx. 190°C in the preheated oven.

1 packet of pudding powder Vanilla for cooking
500ml milk
100g sugar
200g agaDAMPFMOHN®
Vanilla and bitter almond aroma

Ingredients for the batter
100g quark
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp oil
1 packet of vanilla sugar
170g flour
1 tbsp baking powder

Ingredients for the streusel
60g butter, soft
60g sugar
120g flour
