BLUE POPPY SEEDS_

Our agaBLUE® blue poppy seed is cultivated in organic quality in Flanders, France and Eastern Germany on our own contract cultivation areas and according to the specification of selected and tested seeds. It is characterised by its particularly mild taste and relatively low assured morphine content of max. 4 mg/kg.

From cultivation to delivery, every production step is documented and can therefore be traced transparently. Our Farmer Passport provides precise information on the proven origin of the agaBLUE® blue poppy seed. The extensive and particularly gentle cleaning process ensures a uniform, homogeneous quality of the blue poppy seed.

Our popular ready-to-bake agaDAMFMOHN® poppy seed is made from the agaBLUE® blue poppy seed. Thanks to the processing method developed by agaSAAT®, agaDAMPFMOHN® is 100 per cent natural and has a shelf life of six months without the use of chemical additives. It is available in both conventional and organic quality.
