Our experience, competence and ultra-modern facilities make us your reliable partner. Although agaSAAT®_SPICES is available in a number of varieties, it only has one quality class: the highest.

Coriander is used in cooking as both a herb and whole fruit. As their tastes differ greatly, they are used for different purposes. The 2 – 3 mm large coriander fruits are dried and then briefly roasted.

Where possible, they are ground fresh, otherwise the low-volatility bitter substances quickly outweigh the volatile flavourings. Ground seeds are used to season bread, pastries, cabbage dishes, pulses and squash. Coriander is also a component of spice mixtures such as curry powder, curry paste and gingerbread spice.
