agaGOLDFLAX® LINSEED FLOUR
agaGOLDFLAX® linseed flour is a gluten-free speciality flour for individual baked goods and pastries. agaGOLDFLAX® linseed flour is produced from the light-coloured agaGOLDFLAX® linseed. agaGOLDFLAX® linseed flour has a particularly high nutrient density with a high proportion of lignans, which have an antioxidant effect.
Compared to other gluten-free flours, the partially de-oiled agaGOLDFLAX® linseed flour sticks and holds the dough together. It has an excellent swelling capacity (up to 4 times water absorption) and can be used as a natural freshener. Its light colour integrates wonderfully into baked goods. 10 – 20% of normal flour can be replaced by agaGOLDFLAX® linseed flour for bread and baked goods.
agaGOLDFLAX® linseed flour was awarded the NRW State Prize for Foodstuffs in the cereal food category and the DLG Gold Award in 2017.
